Hydrating Wisely Throughout The Day

We talked about the importance of hydrating enough. People also notice that they tend to get up more to go to the bathroom if they drink too late. It is best to begin your day with a largish glass of water, as we wake up pretty parched, then drink quite a bit throughout the earlier part of the day, tapering down to about 5PM, then still drink as needed, but not much, and I would almost completely stop drinking about 4 hours before bed. Experiment.
