If Organic is too Expensive Dirty Dozen, Clean 15
I talked to a young person who made a good point: She and other young people may not be able to afford all-organic foods, the way we talk about it. It is a fact that organic fruits and vegetables are more costly. For that, I encourage you to look up “The Dirty Dozen”, which are fruits and vegetables which are the worst offenders in terms of pesticide residual, For these dirty dozen, organic would be recommended. I also urge you to look up “The Clean 15”. The clean 15 are veggies and fruits that would not be as harmful if not eaten organic.
