Meditate Just for 3 Minutes–Wellness Wednesday
Pandit Dasa recommended starting meditating in a very easy fashion: for just 3 minutes. This is exactly what I recommended last year on my Public Television show “Life 201”. Knowing you will only meditate for such a short period, does not pose a barrier to doing it. That could be a great start to ease into meditation. If even that’s too long, start with just one minute to get the initial feel.
