Pandit Dasa has a unique life path, part of which includes being in a monastery in India, and then 15 years as a monk in New York. He has a deep understanding on how our mind works. Pandit recently wrote a new book “Closing The Apps”, where he likens the noise in our mind to many apps open on a device. His practical and clear techniques help train our mind, and helps create a more effective and healthy daily life for us. Pandit has been extremely generous with his time and information.
