Motivation Monday: Get yourself in better shape and calmer while at home with COVID, fires, hurricanes

We are dealing with COVID, and now in California, with high heat, as well as very foul air and fire dangers. In TX, LA and FL there are hurricanes approaching. Many of us are at home and feeling like there are to many punishing events.
That would be the time to make the most out of the limitations. We can do bodyweight exercises at home (push ups with many variations, pull ups or assisted pullups, body weight squats. We need to weights or equipment),. We can stretch, do some yoga exercises we might know, we can meditate if we know how. All in all use this period as a time to focus, improve and be present.
