BAD AND GOOD TYPES OF VITAMIN E

Adiel Gorel

Our friend, Dr John Sottery, who participated in our Public Television show “Life 201”, has been alerting people to be aware that in some multi-vitamin formulas, there could be a synthetic “DL Alpha Tocopherol” form of Vitamin E. He claims this form of vitamin E is not only not necessarily beneficial, but could potentially even be harmful. He recommends taking Gamma and Delta Tocopherol (sometimes showing also in Mixed Tocopherols). Also present in Natto. You may want to look online for more info, or at Dr Sottery’s chapter in the book “Life 201”. The wrong kind of vitamin E may also sneak into what we eat via processed foods. You may want to read the labels.
