Dr. John Sottery tells us that in some multi-vitamins, there is a form of vitamin K called K1. However. Vitamin K2 is beneficial for a variety of conditions and potentially preventing them, per Dr. Sottery. Worthwhile to check which kind of vitamin K you are taking , and add vitamin K2 (read about its format in Life 201 or online), to your supplements, per Dr. Sottery.
